Claire Winters |
--Claire lives by the GPA. Friends, relationships, life in general, all come second to her academics. Often she finds herself sitting next to Ben when they're in the same class thanks to their last names being so close. His lax attitude towards academics often irritates and distracts her. She lives quietly knowing that one day she will be rich and successful and able to laugh at them all. So as you can guess, she lives a pretty boring, miserable life. |

--Biff is the greatest football player in the history of Navajo Canyon High School. This is due to the fact that he is as big and dumb as an ox. He's also a jerk and likes beating up skinny guys, particularly ones with green shirts that don't know how to keep their mouths shut. People call him Jockstrap, though he doesn't really seem to mind. |

--There is one skinny guy in the school that Jockstrap tolerates, and that is Carl Van Houten, known by most as Jacket due to his oversized leather jacket that he never takes off. He is also probably the only person in school who is easily recognized as dumber than Jockstrap. |

--Mrs. Snockenflaubin is one of the stranger characters at Navajo Canyon. She has an unmatched passion for "true art", though it may not match many other people's opinion of art. She is full of more energy than a hummingbird. |

--Though they've very different personalities, Adam can be well described as a male version of Jodie. But he's more of a jerk and it's far more socially acceptable for him to sleep with everyone he sees. He's constantly working to perfect his pickup lines and seduction techniques. Though they're not really friends, he gets along well with Jodie and they have an agreement to pick up the slack for eachother if the fish aren't biting, if you catch my drift. |

--The fact that he makes people call him Law is a bit ironic, seeing as he's broken quite a few of them. Law's done it all, he sells drugs, he extorts money, he vandalizes and insults people and argues with cops and loiters in sections clearly labeled "no loitering". You don't want to cross this guy, he lives on the edge. |

--Carrie is Jessica Mackyntire's best friend and also one of the most desireable females in the school. However, unlike Jesse, she is a self-centered, devious, cold, uncaring bitch. Being quite superficial and snobby, she befriends only the popular and attractive, meaning any chance of her exchanging friendly words with any of our main characters is slim to none. |

--Kelly Beretta is a very intelligent, skilled, strong-willed woman who has a wide variety of talents. Being a good mother is not one of them. Jodie having been the result of a drunken one-night stand in Vegas when she was young, Kelly never really planned on being a mother. While she's a good provider for Jodie and has always put food in her daughter's mouth and a roof over her head, she has never adequately given her the emotional support she's needed over the years. Truth be told she's always been somewhat afraid of trying to connect with her daughter, as while her business skills are advanced, her personal skills are somewhat limited and lacking in confidence. |
